Marianne Cadio
Though I plan on joining many organizations through UC (which you will be able to see on my About Me page), I hope to keep this page as a space for me to focus on my love for food and keep track of my favorite dishes around the world!
BOULANGERIE LE FOURNIL LUCAS
Gacilly, France
Delicious and buttery Lemon Tart and Kouignamann!
4 Rue Montauban, 56200 La Gacilly, France
BEST TOFU
Paris, France
Very cheap and filling pork buns!
(They also have fried dough, more buns, and good soup)
9 Bd de la Villette, 75010 Paris, France
L'OSMANTHE
Paris, France
Mouth-watering and gorgeous cakes for around 5 euros a cake! (the owner of the cafe across the street is very friendly so grabbing a coffee there to have with your cake is a good idea)
8 Rue Tourneux, 75012 Paris, France
L'ARTISAN LIBANAIS
Paris, France
Flavourful kafta pita plate with a sparkling lemon juice that was soooo refreshing (They have many other Lebanese dishes as well!)
46 Rue Oberkampf, 75011 Paris, France
QUAY'S BAR
Dublin, Ireland
Simple but filling shepherd's pie! The bar was a cozy and traditional Irish bar. I did burn my tongue a few times though...
The Quays Bar, 10-13 Temple Bar, Dublin, D02 EW63, Ireland
MOCHINUT
New York City, USA
I was craving mochidonuts so this was a nice snack! Very oily and the flavors could've been stronger but it was still good!
1001 6th Ave, New York, NY 10018
ODEN LAB
New York City, USA
The mentaiko cream udon was so creamy and the right amount of spicy (though the sesame seeds were a bit odd) and the atmosphere itself was super friendly and nice!
43 W 32nd St, New York, NY 10001
MOCHINUT
New York City, USA
Korean hot dog I got with the mochi donuts because sometimes it's ok to eat a bunch of unhealthy things all at once. I chose half sausage, half cheese and the cheese was sooo stringy.
1001 6th Ave, New York, NY 10018
FRENCH CRUST FRENCH CAFE AND BISTRO
Cincinnati, USA
I got their quiche lorraine and it was literally some of the best french food I've eaten in the US oh my gosh. I also got some soup which wasn't bad but I definitely don't think the desserts are worth the price...
1801 Elm St, Cincinnati, OH 45202
MOCHIKO CAFE
Cincinnati, USA
I somehow never got 1 photo of everything so this is kinda a collage... Anyway from top left clockwise we have:
Ube Halaya Croissant
Kimchi & Egg Croissant (It's a danish)
Sweet Corn Bibingka (Filipino rice cake)
Taro Sticky Rice Cake
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THEM
1524 Madison Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45206
